These are the chicks at 9 days. As you can see the meat birds, the all yellow ones, have grown much faster than the layers, the multi colored ones. As the layers get bigger I will take individual shots of each variety and tell you what they are. We got 8 different kinds of layers.

I started my job this past Monday. So far I like it. I feel very lost as I am joining in in the middle of several projects. But I also know it is a new job and you always feel that way when you start something new. I think I made a good choice for a new career.
