We had some heavy rain come through today about noon time. We got almost 2"of rain in about 45 minutes. The pictures are just some shots of the veggie garden near the house to show how much rain there was. There was also some hail. It was a little bit larger than a pea. It did no damage to any of the veggie crops. The beans are laying on the ground right now but I think they will bounce back up.

that is a crazy amount of rain...send some of it south. too dry here!

Something that the artist formerly known as "Prince" would sing about. Wait a second he is "Prince" again.
according to the meeteetse conservation district, in june we had 1.7 inches of rain, a high temp of 94 and a low temp of 17...now that's challenging gardening weather!
Tell us stories about rain please. We only hear stories passed down through generations........
oh the stories I could tell you.....the past few hours it has been raining. nice gentle rain. just perfect for the veggie garden. This makes gardenboy very happy!!!
